IS RESTITUTION REALLY IMPORTANT OR IT IS JUST A FALACY OR GUILTY CONSCIENCE?
1. If it’s truly important then why are many born again Christian not doing it?
2. Is being born again another way of seeking for pity party or to get it right with God?
3. Should someone that have stolen company properties return such to a Church, Overseer or the Company that he or she has stolen it from?
4. Is it possible for a Church, Bishop or General Overseer to make restitution to a member or members?
WAS IT JESUS THAT COMMAND ZACCHEUS TO MAKE RESTITUTION?
“Zaccheus stopped and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, half of my possessions I will give to the poor, and if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I will give back four times as much…
Luke 19:5-10 NASB
WHAT WAS JESUS REALLY SAYING HERE?
Since presenting an offering is for “born again”
“Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering.”
Matthew 5:23-24 NASB
WHAT IF MY BROTHER DON’T KNOW THAT I AM THE ONE THAT DID WHAT IS CAUSING HIM TROUBLE?
Your brother having something against you versus you having something against your brother is not an attempt to exonerate you from being at fault?
Jesus mention this, “Truly I say to you, you will not come out of there until you have paid up the last cent.” Matthew 5:26 NASB
Brethren, many people have lost their peace because of too many hidden secrets.
Please let’s allow the Holy Spirit to teach us how to diagnose our lives before we go too far in “prosperity” deception.
QUOTE ME ON THIS ANYWHERE
If Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye and many more men of god sincerely look within they will find out that they’re still having too much things to make restitution of if truly the kingdom of God is their target.
I pray that we will allow the Holy Spirit to teach us the next step and the right direction to carry out the necessary restitution again if truly the kingdom of God is our target.
