HOW CAN I UNDERSTAND BISHOPS PERVERSION OF THE SCRIPTURES

HOW CAN I UNDERSTAND BISHOPS PERVERSION OF THE SCRIPTURES.

Very simple “Discretion will guard you”

For example if someone ask you to sow 1 billion Naira seeds to the kingdom of God that we claimed that we’re expecting like a thief at night.

It’s very likely that the person is an educated fraudster.

I see Bishop David Oyedepo making open restitution willingly or forcefully.

HOW CAN I UNDERSTAND BISHOPS PERVERSION OF THE SCRIPTURES.

1. Read and re read any and every scripture quotation in context.

2. Pay more attention to the percentage of justices versus injustices to the godly ones in that scripture.

3. Importantly check the validity and with wisdom gauge the level of the Holy Spirit led Righteousness in the scripture.

“Guarding the paths of justice, And He preserves the way of His godly ones. Then you will discern righteousness and justice And equity and every good course. For wisdom will enter your heart And knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; Discretion will guard you, Understanding will watch over you, To deliver you from the way of evil, From the man who speaks perverse things; From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness;”

Proverbs 2:8-13 NASB

• It’s not enough for a man of God to wake up one morning and say God asked him to make restitution and at the same time indirectly forcing people to let go of their hard earned money.

Take note: godly ones doesn’t mean only the men of God.

It simply means anyone and everyone that have the fear of God.

Good morning
