14 …’Then the men of Israel took some of their provisions, but they did not ask counsel of the Lord.

15 So Joshua made peace with them and made a covenant with them to let them live, and the rulers of the congregation swore to them.

16 And it happened at the end of three days after they had made a covenant with them, that they heard that they were their neighbors who dwelt near them.

17 Then the children of Israel journeyed and came to their cities on the third day. Now their cities were Gibeon, Chephirah, Beeroth, and Kirjath Jearim.

18 But the children of Israel did not attack them, because the rulers of the congregation had sworn to them by the Lord God of Israel. And all the congregation complained against the rulers…

BEWARE!!!

The Love of God Does Not Suggest That Anyone Should Accept Atrocity As The Normal Way of Life And To Be Silent Without Addressing it. Jesus did not preach or suggested it to us either.

If you do, that means you have handed, or about to hand over your next generations over to enemy for destruction.

“I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:9-10.

If Anyone Do Not Come Through The Door, There Maybe A Probability of Ulterior Motives. And Sometimes It May Be That Such Person Or People Are Helpless.

But whatever the case may be the responsibility still rests on your shoulder as an elder or father, and you must allow the Holy Spirit to guides you through in facilitating all your plans. Be firm with it and make it understandable.
